At RYNOX, your satisfaction drives everything we do. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no hassle, no runaround.

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something wrong or damaged? We've got you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case, we cover it.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to do so. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
